I went in for an oil change. Lydia took my information and informed me of needing a new air filter and cabin air filter which she informed me would about $135 before taxes. Shock with the prize I said no but then asked just to clarify the cost. I had to ask another person from Service dept bc didn't see Lydia. Service people focus was getting customer to buy a service without providing service discounts or trying to assist customer in what these services include. I had to research the services and then ask them to clarify. They just wanted to know what your getting and move on to the next person. Service dept I rate them not even a star. The ONLY reason I put four stars is because of parts department. Cythnia Villareal from parts department was able to assist me in ordering air filter and cabin filter which were half the cost ($68 with me being able to easily removal of parts) of the prize of what the service dept had said the service was. She provided me with information of the Nissan Bert Ogden website and took the time to clarify ordering the parts unlike the service department who did not unless I asked. She was patient and informative in how to assist me unlike the service department. Thank you Cythnia for having great communication and being attentive to your customers.
